Q 3. What is the standard delivery time?
A. It actually depends upon the product you are looking to purchase.(E.g. If SIP Equipments- 2to3 working days to UK mainland while 7to 10 working days to Northern ireland. If Lubricants & Oils- 5to7 working days to UK mainland and 7to10 to Northern ireland.) You can also check the estimated delivery time for a particular product by visiting that product on our website.
Q 4. Can I change or cancel my order?
A. If the product you have ordered is not dispatched, you can change or cancel your order. In case if it has been dispatched there will be restocking fee and shipping charges needed to be paid on that order on change and cancellation. Q 5. Do you offer a guarantee and warranty ?
A. Every product comes with a different Guarantee and warranty. Q 6. Do you provide a next-day delivery option?
A. Yes, we provide Next day delivery option on most of our products. The Next day delivery option would appear when you go through the checkout process while ordering a product. If you cannot find the next day delivery option on a product you are looking to buy, you can contact us by visting the following link so we can check if we can offer a Next day on that particular product:-

Q 7. Where do you deliver your products?
A. It depends on the product you are looking to buy.(E.g. If it is an SIP range of product, it can be delivered everywhere in UK. If it is a battery, we can only deliver it to UK mainland and Scottish highlands and Islands.) You can simply check this for all the products and brands by visiting any product on our webpage and click the option "Check where we deliver".
Q 8. Can we pick up my order from the vendor store?
A. Yes, after placing your order with us we will share the order details with you and suppliers address, you can then visit them at your preferred Date and Time to pickup your order yourself.
