Purosil
Established in 1958, Purosil specializes in producing silicone rubber products for the heavy-duty diesel, EV, and Hydrogen specialty hose markets. Their rubber division further grew to include transportation in the late 1990’s and early 2000s, which led to the acquisition of Purosil. In 2005 Purosil moved to the current California factory and corporate campus east of Los Angeles. In 2019 they opened their India factory on an aerospace manufacturing campus in Belgaum, Karnataka. Purosil’s European sales and distribution branch opened in 2022 in the Netherlands.Today, Purosil has over 200 employees globally, and 250 thousand combined square feet of manufacturing – 23,226 sq. meters. Company serves the heavy-duty truck, bus, and coach sectors, as well as the construction equipment, farm equipment, U.S. military vehicle, stationary generator, and marine markets. Purosil manufacture High Performance Silicone Hose and complete Assemblies, and Silicone and EPDM Knit Hose.
